Policy Terms:
By registering to purchase from our site, you must agree to the terms of policy.
Excess Liquidator does not offer the rights to advertise or market the products that you are purchasing from this site.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to obtain the rights directly from the Brand owner to sell or market these items.
Photos and descriptions from this site are not to be copied, used or shared in any way.
All sales are final, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the sale of goods.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees prior to any shipments being fulfilled.
All paid orders will be pulled and packed before the shipping invoice will be sent.
Once the shipping is paid orders will be shipped promptly. Once orders are pulled and packed, the buyer will have no longer than 10 days to complete payment for shipping.
Any orders not shipped or picked up by the 11th day after the purchase date will be charged a 50% restocking fee. On the 11th day the order will be put back in stock and the remaining 50% balance will be refunded to the buyer.
